I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and well-equipped, although a bit small with a slight smell from the AC. The service was friendly and excellent, although some improvement in hospitality skills could enhance the experience. The location was very convenient for downtown activities but had a slightly odd bathroom layout. The dining options were decent but slightly overpriced. Facilities were satisfactory.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were ready immediately, and the staff were friendly, including the wonderful bartenders. I appreciated the free shuttle service to a local restaurant and the ride to the Astros game. However, there were issues with the toilet not flushing for the first two days despite my repeated requests. Additionally, there were some cleanliness issues like silly string on the walls and curtain in my room, which was a bit disappointing.
The hotel offers spacious rooms with two queen-size beds which was a nice surprise. The location is close to Minute Maid Park but be prepared for the presence of homeless individuals nearby. The dining experience was lacking in options, but the professional and kind service made up for it.
